Rogelio Maldonado joined Santos Elizondo in April 2025 as a Junior Associate in the Litigation practice. His work has focused on complex civil, family, and commercial matters, as well as contract drafting and legal document interpretation.

He has handled litigation involving lease disputes, tort claims, probate matters, alimony, breach of contract, negotiable instruments, insurance, and surety. His experience also includes real estate registry and cadastre investigations and filings before judicial and administrative authorities.

He earned his law degree with honors from the Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Private Law at Universidad Regiomontana, expected to complete in August 2025.

Rogelio has co-authored legal publications on real estate compliance and condominium property law.
