Victor Castillo has been a member of Santos Elizondo since 2002 and specializes in litigation in the areas of Criminal, Civil, Commercial, Family, Amparo and Agrarian Law.

He has experience representing clients in all instances of the Mixed or Traditional Criminal System and the Accusatory Criminal System at both the Local and Federal levels.

Victor Castillo was Alternate Local Deputy of the LXIV Legislature of the State of Nuevo Leon; Agent of the Investigating Public Prosecutor of the Attorney General's Office of the State of Nuevo Leon; Head of the Legal Department of the Center for Prevention and Social Readaptation "Topo Chico" and Deputy Director and Director of the Center for Social Readaptation "Nuevo Leon".

Since November 2006 to date, Victor Castillo has served as Deputy Director of the School of Law and Criminology of the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, with 32 years of teaching experience at said institution.

In 1978 he received his law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León; in 2001 he obtained his Master's Degree in Criminal Sciences and in 2013 he received his Juris Doctor degree from the School of Law and Criminology of the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
