Zenia Villarreal joined Santos Elizondo in May 2025 as a Junior Associate after earning her law degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2023. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Taxation at the Instituto de Especialización para Ejecutivos.

As part of her academic training, she completed a study abroad program at Boston University, where she took courses in financial law, corporate law, and criminal law, gaining a multidisciplinary and international legal perspective.

Her practice focuses on tax and administrative litigation and consulting, particularly handling audits and disputes before federal and local tax authorities. She has contributed to designing and implementing tax strategies for domestic and international clients, supporting compliance and legal defense.
