Eduardo Palencia joined Santos Elizondo as a Junior Associate in 2025. His professional practice has focused on civil, commercial, family, and criminal litigation, as well as constitutional relief (amparo) proceedings. He has taken part in the design of legal strategies, drafting of court filings, preparation of investigation files, evidence analysis, and participation in oral hearings.

He has also been involved in negotiation and conflict resolution processes, including the drafting of settlement agreements and the application of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. His experience includes collaboration with public institutions, giving him a comprehensive perspective of Mexico’s legal system.

Eduardo holds a bilingual Law Degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and is a certified mediator.
