David Ricardo Preciado holds a law degree from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM). During his studies, he was awarded the National CENEVAL Award for Outstanding Performance on the General Exit Exam for Law Degree.

He has experience managing tax and administrative matters at various stages, including audits, administrative appeals, annulment trials, and amparo proceedings, as well as drafting legal documents and analyzing legal and accounting information.

He has developed strong legal research skills and a strategic approach to case management.
