Alejandro joined Santos Elizondo in May 2025 as a Junior Associate. He holds a law degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey (2022) and his practice has focused on tax and administrative litigation, as well as handling audits conducted by federal and local tax authorities.

He has a strong track record handling complex tax matters involving large domestic and international companies. Throughout his professional experience, he has supported clients through all stages of tax matters, from audits to final litigation.

His expertise includes preparing and conducting administrative proceedings and appeals before tax authorities, alternative dispute resolution procedures before PRODECON, federal and local administrative trials, amparo trials, and strategic administrative litigation to challenge laws or tax reforms that impact companies operations and tax structures.
