Raymundo has been a member of Santos Elizondo since 2013. He specializes in labor litigation, labor consulting, collective bargaining agreements and amparo.
He has extensive experience representing domestic and foreign clients in the attention, litigation and ruling of high-risk lawsuits, as well as in amparo proceedings derived from such matters.
Raymundo is an expert in the negotiation of individual and collective terminations of employment relationships, carrying out both the negotiation process and the drafting of the relevant documents. Likewise, he performs activities related to labor consulting, such as the drafting of contracts and documents related to labor relations; consultations regarding changes in working conditions, implementation of new work schemes, as well as modification of corporate-labor structures; intervention in the labor part of purchase and sale of assets; formulation of training and education plans, as well as health and safety, among others.
In 2001, Raymundo graduated with a degree in Law and Social Sciences from the School of Law and Criminology of the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
