Likewise, we have advised entities of the Public Administration, in the design, negotiation, implementation and execution of the aforementioned public procurement processes, in compliance with the provisions of the respective Laws of Acquisitions, Leases and Services of the Public Sector (Ley de Adquisiciones, Arrendamientos y Servicios del Sector Público), as well such as the Public Works Laws (Ley de Obras Públicas y Servicios Relacionados con las Mismas), Public Private Partnership Laws (Ley de Asociaciones Público Privadas), among others.
