{"id":1031,"date":"2023-02-05T07:18:22","date_gmt":"2023-02-05T07:18:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.santoselizondo.com\/?p=1031"},"modified":"2023-02-05T07:18:44","modified_gmt":"2023-02-05T07:18:44","slug":"reforma-vacaciones-dignas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.santoselizondo.com\/en\/reforma-vacaciones-dignas\/","title":{"rendered":"Vacations reform"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On December 27th, 2022, a reform to articles 76 and 78 of the Federal Labor Law was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation, regarding employee\u2019s vacations.<br><br>From January 1, 2023, all employees with a current contract will have the right to enjoy 12 days of vacation after the first year of work.
