Marcelo is member of Santos Elizondo since 2012 and specializes in civil, commercial, public, criminal and amparo lawsuits.
Between 2008 and 2011 Marcelo made professional internships in the State Judicial Council of the State of Nuevo Leon, on the Fifth Civil and First Familiar Courts.
In 2011, Marcelo obtained a law degree from Universidad de Monterrey.
Marcelo has obtained a number of certificates and completed several courses in the areas of litigation, which have enabled him to acquire outstanding technical and legal knowledge, among the following: Oral Trial techniques, Accusatory Criminal Justice System, Specialty in Amparo Proceedings, Oral Trial Leasing Techniques, Oral Trial Commercial Techniques, Family Disputes, Family and Inheritance Law, Human Rights and their Interpretation, Civil Procedural Law, Alternative Dispute Resolutions, Legal Argumentation, among others.
