David López is a member of Santos Elizondo since 2008 and focuses his practice to real estate, commercial and corporate law.
David has advised national and international clients on various commercial transactions, including the structuring of real estate projects, mergers and acquisitions and corporate financing. Also, throughout his career, David has acquired experience advising on the litigation commercial matters.
From 2015 to 2016, David worked as a Foreign Associate in the New York offices of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP where he advised Latin American companies and governments through the process involving bond offerings on foreign capital markets, as well as debt financing.
On 2013, David graduated obtained a bachelor’s degree on Law from the Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey with two awards for academic achievement and in 2015 he obtained a Master of Laws degree from UC Berkeley.
